Battle Born Ventures, LLC recently provided construction staking services for A&K Earth Movers, Inc. of Fallon, Nevada associated with structural foundations being constructed at Ormat’s Wild Rose Geothermal Power Plant near Gabbs, Nevada. A&K Earth Movers, Inc. enlisted Battle Born Ventures to provide construction layout for grid lines associated with the structural foundations for the main plant equipment. Battle Born Ventures set hubs w/ tacks as ten foot offsets to the respective grid lines. Other survey related aspects of the project involved office survey calculations, data reduction, and project coordination.
