Union Pacific Railroad – Right-of-Way Record of Survey

Battle Born Ventures, LLC recently contracted with Union Pacific Railroad of Omaha, Nebraska to conduct a boundary survey of a segment of railroad Right-of-Way between Galletti Way and Kietzke Lane, Sparks, Nevada. During the survey, BBV determined the boundaries of this segment of Right-of-Way and the location of existing improvements within the resolved boundaries. Upon completion of the field survey, Battle Born Ventures, LLC provided the client with a summary of the respective findings of the survey along with a legal description and exhibit figure for a portion of the Right-of-Way for inclusion into a potential lease agreement with an adjoining property owner. The project required obtaining preliminary title reports and chain of title, researching record documents and maps, office calculations, and field surveying activities.
