Battle Born Ventures, LLC has recently entered into a contract to provide surveying and mapping services for the preparation of a Division into Large Parcels and Record of Survey maps for Pershing County APN’s 015-020-11, 19, & 23 also described as being portions of Sections 11, 29, & 33, T28N, R34E, M.D.B. & M. respectively. The intent of the surveying and mapping project is to identify and delineate the boundaries of the parcels, totaling approx. 1,920 acres, by retracing one hundred year old cadastral surveys high in the Humboldt Mountains east of Lovelock, Nevada. The work will involve obtaining and reviewing preliminary title reports, records research, field surveying, mapping, project coordination, and boundary monumentation for the referenced properties.
