Battle Born Ventures, LLC (BBV) recently provided professional land surveying services for Pershing County associated with their Landfill in Lovelock, Nevada. Pershing County enlisted Battle Born Ventures to provide professional land surveying and mapping services to prepare a topographic survey of the site for use and inclusion into a report associated with regulatory permitting requirements for the disposal site. Land surveying activities included layout of permitted landfill boundary and the establishment of aerial survey control points (panels). BBV partnered with Synergy Mapping to perform the aerial survey, compile the mapping, generate orthophotos and digital terrain models (DTM). Other survey related aspects of the project involved office survey calculations, data reduction, and project coordination.
