Battle Born Ventures has recently entered into a contract with A&K Earthmovers of Sparks, Nevada to provide surveying and construction staking services associated with the construction of the new Lemmon Drive CMAQ Pedestrian Path Project located in Lemmon Valley, Washoe County, Nevada. Battle Born Ventures’ surveyors will set construction stakes for storm sewer infrastructure, roadside drainage ditch grading, curb and gutter, pedestrian path, and asphalt paving improvements. As a result of the project a new 5′ wide concrete pedestrian path will be constructed along the east shoulder of Lemmon Drive between Bernoulli Street and Patrician Drive, approximately 6,300 L.F., along with significant improvements to the roadside storm drainage system. Other survey related aspects of the project involved office survey calculations, data reduction, and project coordination.
