Battle Born Ventures was contracted by Axion Engineering to provide professional surveying services associated with the new Lined Pond Project at NV Energy’s Frank A. Tracy Generating Station east of Sparks, Washoe County, Nevada. The project entails constructing an excavated earthen pond lined with HDPE to bolster the available storage volume of process water for the power plant. Battle Born Ventures’ surveying services include as-built surveying and earthwork quantities verification for the duration of the project. The work involved office calculations, field surveying, data reduction, and project coordination.
