Battle Born Ventures, LLC has recently entered into a contract with Churchill County Parks & Recreation for surveying and mapping services to prepare a Record of Survey of the Soda Lake Park and Recreation Area located on lands owned by Churchill County, APN’s 008-071-19, 34, & 35, 008-051-02, and 008-112-02, 04, & 05, also described as Section 7, W ½ Section 8, NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 18, and NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 18, T19N, R28E, M.D.B. & M., (approx. 1,020 acres) Churchill County, Nevada. The intent of the surveying and mapping project is to identify and delineate the boundaries of the parcels which comprise the park facility. The work will involve obtaining and reviewing preliminary title reports, records research, field surveying, mapping, project coordination, and boundary monumentation for the referenced properties.
