Battle Born Ventures, LLC has recently entered into a contract with James Young for surveying and mapping services to prepare a Record of Survey and Plot Plan for APN # 006-181-21, a 10.0+/- acre parcel. The parcel is located on Dimick Lane of the Paradise Ranchos, Humboldt County, Nevada. The work will involve obtaining and reviewing the preliminary title report, records research, surveying, mapping, approvals, and monumentation for the referenced parcel. In addition, BBV will be preparing a plot plan for a proposed residential dwelling and associated appurtenances to facilitate permitting and construction of proposed improvements at the property.
