Battle Born Ventures, LLC recently contracted with Karen Greathouse of Greathouse Realty to conduct a FEMA Flood Certificate elevation survey at 3935 River Haven Drive in Reno, Nevada. During the survey, Battle Born Ventures, LLC recorded specific elevations associated with the residential structure and adjoining ground surface features. Battle Born Ventures, LLC used the data to prepare the appropriate FEMA lot certification form and supplied the original certified copy to the client for their use and records. The project required referencing FEMA documents and maps, office calculations, field surveying, form preparation, and project coordination.
