Battle Born Ventures, LLC recently conducted a setback survey at 2485 Mountain Spirit Court within the Somersett Development in Reno, Nevada. Upon completion of the field survey, Battle Born Ventures, LLC provided the client with a stamped and signed letter to certify that the foundation being constructed was in compliance with the setback requirements associated with the respective lot. The project required researching record documents and maps, office calculations, and field surveying activities.
