Battle Born Ventures, LLC recently conducted a boundary survey at 1740 Combination Road in the Virginia City Highlands, Storey County, Nevada. During the survey, Battle Born Ventures, LLC searched for and located the original property corners associated with the 10 +/- acre parcel that had been hidden by vegetation or covered by soil. Battle Born Ventures, LLC surveyors also staked the property lines at 100′ intervals setting wooden hubs and 4′ lathe w/ high visibility flagging to visually delineate the property’s boundary lines on the ground and to facilitate the construction of new fencing. The owner of the property was also able to determine whether or not the neighbors were encroaching onto their property with improvements, fencing, and junk. The project required researching record documents and maps, office calculations, and field surveying activities.
