Battle Born Ventures, LLC recently conducted a boundary survey at 1550 S. Wells Avenue, Reno, Nevada. Upon completion of the field survey, Battle Born Ventures, LLC provided the client with a summary letter of the respective findings of the survey. During the survey, BBV determined the property boundaries of the subject property and the location of the existing building in relation to these boundaries. The prospective buyer was interested in determining if the structure was in compliance with the setback requirements associated with the parcel which was zoned CC, or Community Commercial. The project required researching record documents and maps, office calculations, and field surveying activities.
